Handcrafted from solid American walnut in our Melbourne workshop, the Sage features bold architectural lines, a sculptural base and the rich, natural character of premium hardwood.

Integrated LED Lighting
Recessed LED lighting creates a stunning illuminated gaming surface without visible LED hotspots. Wi-Fi-controlled lighting allows you to adjust the atmosphere to suit your game or occasion.
Removable Felt Gaming Surface
The recessed playing area features a removable felt-lined base, allowing for convenient cleaning and maintenance.
Integrated Removable Cup Holders
Stainless steel cup holders are seamlessly incorporated into the timber surround, keeping drinks secure and away from the playing surface. Each cup holder can be removed for easy cleaning.
Convertible Dining Surface
A removable solid walnut tabletop transforms the Sage from a dedicated games table into an elegant dining table, offering exceptional versatility without compromising its contemporary aesthetic. Featuring a built in recessed felt brush seal, spilled drinks are no issue.

About the Designer and Maker
Matt Keayes is the founder, designer and maker behind Ashbuilt Customs.
A qualified carpenter with a Diploma in Building and Construction, Matt began building furniture from his home garage in 2020. What started as a small collection of handcrafted pieces quickly gained recognition, with his work going on to be featured in Australian Wood Review Magazine.
Today, Ashbuilt operates from its Moorabbin workshop and showroom, where Matt continues to design and handcraft furniture from solid timber. His work is also featured in The Designory’s Little Black Book, alongside a curated selection of Australian designers and makers.
